Fees, deposits, payments

Please see Product blocking above first. We appologise for the strict payment and application procedure but it appears to be the only way we can protect our system from misuse by unscrupulous traders.

• We only accept fees, deposits and payments by on-line credit/debit card. We use Ebay's PayPal payment service which is cheap for us and free for you. PayPal can be trusted to provide, fast, easy and secure online payments. Payments are accepted though our staff members personal accounts. We have used PayPal for all our on-line transactions for several years without any problems whatsoever.
• Please DO NOT send any payments of any kind before we have officially accepted your application for service. Most applications for service are successful. We will notify you by e-mail to confirm that we are able to undertake SEO for your selected product/products and advise you of how to proceed.
• If we accept your service application we now require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per product page before we start work on your pages. We have been forced to introduce this measure due to attempts at product blocking by unscrupulous traders. However, as we only agree to create your pages if we are sure, in our opinion, we can get acceptable results for you, honest companies need not worry too much about this.
• 45 days trial. It generally takes 14 to 21 days for your SEO pages to show up in Google (we use Google as a measure of our success with your pages). We consider SEO pages for your product appearing in the Google top 3 to be a good result, and the top ten to be an acceptable result. You may not agree (see disputes). If after 45 days you are unsatisfied with the results, you do not have to pay the balance of £30. Simply cancel your subscription. If we can't get your product into the Google top 10 somehow, and you choose to reject the offending page and cancel your subscription, then at our discretion, we may also return half (£10) of your deposit money. We will also put the rejected page up for sale at a discounted rate. (see below).
• Rejected pages. If you are not satisfied with results you should cancel your subscription within 44 days to avoid paying the balance of £30. Use the "Cancel Subscription" button provided at the top of this page. If, after the 45 day trial period you have cancelled your subscription or not paid the £30 balance owed, or if you cancel your subscription at any time in the future. We reserve the right to sell the SEO page we created to another company at a discounted rate in order to recoup our losses.
• Accepted Pages. If you are happy with the page/pages we have created for you, you shouldn't have to do anything. The £30 outstanding balance should be paid to us automatically through the PayPal sytem as long as you don't cancel your subscription.
• Out of date pages. Discontinued products. Cancel your subscription for any of the SEO pages created for you during any 12 month period to avoid further subscription payments. As soon as you cancel your subscription the page will become available to other companies. If you don't cancel your subscription you will charged automatically for your pages every 12 months.
• Payment Disputes Since we introduced our new terms, conditions and payment procedure, to date (Aug 05) there have been no payment disputes as our terms are now very clear. If you feel our terms are unfair, please do not apply for service. Numerous companies offer SEO services commercially. You can find many here.
