Terms and conditions

We appologise for the strict terms and conditons but it appears to be the only way we can protect our system from misuse by unscrupulous traders.

• Anyone is invited to apply for our SEO service but we do not accept all applications.
• If you own or represent a very large company, for instance a high street chain, we will not accept your application. Our service is aimed at giving the smaller companies a chance.
• If your company already holds top ranking positions in search engines for the products you ask us to optimize for, we will not accept your application for the same reason, unless you are only acheiving your top position by using sponsored links, paid links or Google Ad words.
• If we are not confident of acheiving good or acceptable SEO results for any product you submit we will not accept your application for that product.
• If a product has already been optimized for an existing client we will not accept your application for that product.
• Each optimized page may only contain a limited number of keywords. Our system can only work with keyword strings totalling less than a given number of characters. This is an Internet restriction and out of our control. We can create multiple pages for the same product if more keywords are required. We will only do this for the same client. Extra pages are charged pro rata.
• We will optimize for any product legally available in UK with some exceptions.
• We will not optimize for adult or pornographic services including escort agencies and pharmacutrical products such as Viagra etc, etc, etc.
• We reserve the right to reject your application without giving a reason, although this seldom happens.
• We will only accept applications for service made from our on-line application form. The form is very easy to fill in and instructions are provided.
